Our preconstruction team has a wealth of experience in carrying out exercises which often culminate in the production of support documents for feasibility/concept/scheme design reports, development appraisals, risk assessments for Town and Country Planning via construction impact assessments as part of the environmental statement. This is supplemented by our in house knowledge and expertise on buildability, architecture & design management, infrastructure, building services and civil/structural engineering.
We challenge design solutions and identify project constraints from the earliest stage to produce a fully detailed and interrogated optimum plan of work to achieve our client’s development objectives without being fixed to a specific delivery route.
